The leads are displayed in a similar way to ‘Jobs’, being assigned to different employees and having statuses:
- Draft
- Awaiting Response
- Amend Requested
- Awaiting Signature).
Using the search on the top of the page, you can search for a lead by name or number. These leads will be available for the client to view on their Dashboard*.
Clicking into a lead will display the details and content. From here you can:
- Add private notes that will not be seen by the client
- Send the details of the quote to the client via email
- Add, edit, delete and view content and extra sections to the quote
